The South Australian Cricket Association (SACA) and the Adelaide Strikers are delighted to welcome WeTrend as a Major Partner ahead of BBL|14.
Billed as the ‘everything app’, WeTrend is a platform for creators, users and merchants to connect, innovate and inspire. For Strikers fans, the app will make it easier to stay ahead of the curve and be a part of what’s next in the world of entertainment and social media.
Under the three-year deal, the WeTrend brand will feature on the sleeve of the Strikers playing shirt, a strategic move designed to create awareness in the Australian market.
WeTrend Founders, Navdeep Sharma and Nick Bahl, welcomed the announcement.
“We’re proud to partner with the Adelaide Strikers, an organisation that has a strong alignment with our company through a shared focus on innovation, excitement and entertainment.” Sharma said.
“This partnership will provide a great platform for us to generate awareness and have some fun along the way.”
SACA’s General Manager of Commercial, Sam Elliott said the partnership was a natural fit.
“The Strikers are one of the most watched and attended BBL teams, providing the perfect platform to amplify WeTrend to Australian audiences this summer.” Elliott said.
“We welcome them to our team and look forward to an engaging partnership filled with unique content opportunities for our fans.”
Members and fans can find out more and download the WeTrend app via https://www.wetrend.co/
To celebrate our partnership, WeTrend are giving away one iPhone 16 each Strikers home game (excluding finals) across BBL|14 to one lucky fan who shares their moment of the match on the WeTrend app. T&Cs apply.
