For the first time this KFC BBL|13 season the Adelaide Strikers are on the road, with a squad of 13 travelling to Sydney ahead of Friday nights’ clash against the Sydney Sixers.
The match at the Sydney Cricket Ground is the first since the Strikers’ comprehensive victory against the Sydney Thunder on Tuesday, where they chased down 200 runs with six wickets in hand.

In Matt Short’s first official match as captain, he had a Player of the Match performance, hitting 82 off 41 at a strike rate of 200.
Henry Thornton and Josh Kann have dropped out of the squad, in the only changes from Tuesday.
