HOW DO I REGISTER? All registrations and payments must be online. When programs are open, all details include registration links will be available in a table above.
WHAT DO WE NEED TO BRING?
Junior players will be required to bring their own protective equipment.
- Bat
- Pads
- Gloves
- Abdominal guard
- Helmet
Players should also bring:
- Hat
- Drink bottle
- Snack/s
WHO ARE THE COACHES?
Each group and game will be managed by one of the South Australian Cricket Association’s enthusiastic and accredited coaches.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE REGISTRATION FEE?
Your child will receive a full day of cricket activities from our accredited coaches, an Adelaide Strikers Junior Academy Shirt, Lunch on the day and an Adeliade Strikers Junior Membership. Note: this may change depending on the time of the year, season, program length and location. Infromation is updated program to program as required.
DO THE GAMES RUN FOR ONE DAY OR MULTIPLE DAYS?
Depending on the time of the year, season and venue availability, the Adelaide Strikers Junior Academy varies in length and timing. Please check your preferred program for specifics.
CAN I USE MY GOVERNMENT SPORTS VOUCHER TO RECEIVE A DISCOUNT?
No. Unfortunately, the Adelaide Strikers Junior Academy does not meet the eligibility criteria, so players will be unable to register using their Sports Voucher.
WILL I RECEIVE ANY FURTHER DETAILS PRIOR TO THE FIRST SESSION?
All players will receive an email in the week prior to their program confirming any specific information.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PROGRAM IS AFFECTED BY WEATHER?
Depending on the time of the year, season and venue availability, the Adelaide Strikers Junior Academy may be held at different venues including Adelaide Oval, Favell Dansie Indoor Centre. Please check your preferred program for specifics.
ARE PARENTS/GUARDIANS EXPECTED TO STAY AT THE VENUE FOR THE FULL SESSION?
No. Once your child is checked in with their team coach, parents and guardians are welcome to leave and return 10-15 minutes prior to the end of the session.
